About

IBS GROUP is the premier stage set rental and manufacturing company in the region, offering comprehensive solutions for exhibitions, events, corporate presentations, and creative agencies. Since its inception in 1996, IBS has expanded from a single brand to a group of companies with a unified vision and objectives. The group includes IBS STAGE SETS LLC in Dubai, IBS STAGE SETS LLC in Abu Dhabi, and IBS DECOR LLC in Dubai. IBS STAGE SETS pioneered the use and supply of stage and theatrical products that meet stringent European standards. We are not only passionate and creative about what we do but also prioritize the safety of our clients and employees. Our meticulous attention to detail, planning, design, and execution has earned IBS STAGE SETS a reputation as one of the leading event providers in the Middle East. This reputation has grown over the years and now includes clients in Europe, Asia, the USA, Africa, and Australia. IBS STAGE SETS offers a full range of event solutions to meet the most demanding requirements. Our 10,000 sq ft facility in DIP 2 houses a multinational team of skilled tradesmen and event professionals. In addition to a diverse array of rental equipment, our workshop fabrication areas are equipped with cutting-edge technology to support our carpentry, electrical, metalwork, soft furnishing, and painting departments. These include water jet, plasma, multiple CNC areas, and a state-of-the-art finishing plant. A fourth closely associated company, managed independently from IBS STAGE SETS, is IBS FLIGHTCASES LLC. Since 2003, IBS FLIGHTCASES has specialized in equipment protection and offers services to AV companies and various other industries.
